Abhiaan foundation opened a community library at village uppli , Sangrur to create the awareness about Reading Books among rural students . Along with Library , free coaching centre for competitive exams for SC /BC /Weaker section students opened at village Uppli , sangrur where coaching is given g by expert teacher for exams . All types of competitive exam books are available in the Library
Awareness against Female Feticide.
Abhiaan foundation started Awareness Drive against Female Feticide in the villages through Drama Play & provided the family & individual counseling to women under banner “Beti Bachao , Bati Padao”
Awareness against drug abuse through Nukkad Nataks and sports Spirit.
The goal of this project named “Spirit of Sports” is to empower young people to resist drug use by involving them in sport activities so that they can channelize their energy into some productive and positive activities. Sport can logically address this goal by focusing on protective factors that are linked to drug use .During the functioning of this Project ‘BUDDY” Training given & Buddy Group was formed in the villages
Training program of yoga.
Yoga education could help to equip oneself with basic knowledge about one’s personality, to learn to handle oneself well in all life situations, to learn techniques of gaining good health, to develop a discriminative mind capable of knowing the real from the unreal and to face the dualities of life with equanimity.
One Month Yog Camp @ Sangrur in Connection With the Celebration of International Day Yog with the support of Ministry of AYUSH , Govt Of India.
Project-Mental Health Awareness
Abhiaan Foundation signed MOU with Aditya Birla Education Trust Mumbai to conduct Mental Awareness Session to 20000 students of District Sangrur .
The objectives of this awareness session are as follows:
- To educate students about the risks and consequences of drug abuse.
- To promote positive mental health and emotional well-being.
- To provide students and teachers with resources and strategies to cope with stress and challenges.
- To create a supportive and open environment where students and teachers feel comfortable discussing mental health concerns.
Computer skill training to Empower Young Girls.
As we know that educating Girls is very important for the overall development of society & country. Computer Education Training can make a big difference to employment seeking girls from rural areas & can grow their chances of finding dignified jobs. Abhiaan foundation with the support of “Sarbat Da Bhala” NGO is running a computer Training centre at Sangrur. First Batch of 25 girls completed their 6 month course by feb 2022.
Project Mpower - Mental Health Awareness with Association of Aditya Birla Education Trust .
Abhiaan foundation Signed a MOU with Aditya Birla Education Trust (ABET) for Project Mpower . Under this project 15000 students in Sangrur & Patiala Districts of Punjab from class 9th-12th will be aware about mental Health & Related Issues

Abhiaan foundation running “Community Library & Digipathshala” Project at village Tunga in Sangrur District. In the library, all kinds of books e.g. Subject Books, Story Books, Competitive Exam books , Literature Books etc are available for students . Apart from this, we provide free online Teaching classes to under privileged students for their better future.

Women in rural areas suffer from lower level of economic & social empowerment. For their economic empowerment, Abhiaan foundation running its Project “Cutting & Stitching Training” Project by organizing Training classes in different villages of District Sangrur. We not only provide training but also do the Hand holding of progressive women by providing them loans & marketing linkages to their Products.
